Expert End-to-End Payroll Specialist

The Senior Payroll Analyst is responsible for leading the centralised payroll function and performing end-to-end payroll processing using Aurion and Peoplesoft.
- Manage the fortnightly payroll process, variance checks, and reconciliation of EFT payments.
- Administer the setup of new superannuation funds and reconcile payments promptly.
- Reconcile payroll reports fortnightly after each payroll run and monthly.
- Provide mentoring and support to the payroll team members.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and simplify payroll processes.
- Hold tertiary qualifications in Payroll, Accounting, or a similar field.
- Have 10+ years of experience in processing complex end-to-end payroll.
- Have 10+ years of experience in EOFY payroll processing.
- Possess knowledge of Aurion or PeopleSoft, with strong attention to detail.
- Be proficient in problem-solving and Excel skills.
- Strive for results and process improvement.
- Excel in working independently and within a team environment.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation.
This role is based in Brisbane and requires a motivated individual to support our team in delivering exceptional payroll services.
