At Hotel Indigo, we're passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. As a Food and Beverage Team Leader, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests feel at home.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Set the tone for our restaurant and bar, ensuring a warm welcome for every guest.
  • Drive Service Excellence: Oversee the delivery of high-quality service, presentation, and food and beverage experiences.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with guests, neighbors, and colleagues to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with culinary, operations, and other teams to deliver seamless food and beverage services.
  • Lead and Develop: Drive teamwork, a positive working culture, and the growth and development of your team members.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel environment, restaurant, and bar.
  • Knowledge and Passion: A passion for the Adelaide region, wines, and spirits, and a desire to share your knowledge with our guests.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate your ideas and build strong relationships.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to turn issues into opportunities.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a flexible attitude and a willingness to adapt.
  • Certifications: Hold certificates for Responsible Service of Alcohol (SA) and Safe Food Handling.
