We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our dynamic team at Hotel Indigo Adelaide Markets. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the highest standards of service in our lively restaurant, Market & Meander.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment, where no two days are ever the same. As Food and Beverage Team Leader, you'll be responsible for:

  • Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests
  • Leading a high-performing team to deliver outstanding service and presentation
  • Building strong relationships with our guests and neighbours to drive repeat business
  • Working closely with our culinary and operations teams to deliver seamless food and beverage service
  • Driving teamwork and a positive working culture
  • Handling credit transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Monitoring and managing our booking platforms
  • Ensuring exceptional cleanliness standards and responsible waste management
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a passionate and experienced professional who is confident in their ability to lead and motivate a team. If you're a people person with excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Previous experience working in a hotel environment, restaurant, and bar
  • Knowledge and passion for the Adelaide region, wines, and spirits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Certificates for Responsible Service of Alcohol (SA) & Safe Food Handling
  • Unrestricted right to work in Australia
