Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cloud End-User Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating solutions and responding to client requests, as well as monitoring and actioning jobs assigned to various queues.

The ideal candidate will have functional knowledge to assist with the delivery of Office 365 services and effective operation of the Office 365 platform at enterprise level.

Responsibilities will include providing end-user support for Microsoft SaaS services such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Office suite.

The successful candidate will also perform daily monitoring and health check tasks to ensure system availability and deliver quality work within required timeframes.

Requirements
  • Australian Citizenship or the process of obtaining it.
  • Ability to create solutions for and respond to client requests.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
