Job Title: Product Management Expert

You will play a pivotal role in driving exceptional customer outcomes as part of our esteemed product team.

The team sits within the credit cards division, focused on delivering highly desirable, viable, and reliable credit card products to our target market. We leverage customer and data insights to craft card CVPs that meet evolving customer needs.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Implementation: Collaborate with senior leaders to bring strategic initiatives to life through product launches or feature changes.
  • Pricing Optimization: Review and enhance our pricing structure to strike a balance between commercial and customer outcomes.
  • Product Governance: Contribute to all product governance obligations, ensuring we deliver products that meet client needs while mitigating risks.
  • Delivery Excellence: Deliver products and features to market, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Risk Management: Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory requirements for delivered products.
  • Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor domestic and global trends to identify market opportunities.

We seek candidates with:

  • Credit cards product knowledge (desirable but not required).
  • Ability to think analytically, leveraging data insights to develop strategies and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of credit card products and their economics.
  • End-to-end product experience, including delivery.
  • Experience working with card partners and schemes (desirable).
  • Proven track record of delivering strong outcomes in Agile environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A risk mindset, with a focus on proactive risk identification and mitigation.
