About the Role

The Product Manager-Allograft role is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement product marketing strategies that drive growth, profitability, and market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop product marketing plans to drive actions and outcomes, and implement marketing activity for a group of products.
  • Create integrated marketing communication strategies and collateral that are consistent with corporate image and objectives.
  • Distribute relevant promotional materials to customers via sales and/or digital media channels.
  • Conduct market research on competitor activity and customer perceptions.
  • Serve as an allograft subject matter expert to support the sales team and other functions.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years + industry experience within biotech/orthopaedic medical device sales, marketing or product management, and tertiary qualifications in health sciences, nursing, biomedical engineering or similar. They will also have experience working with a variety of different sales/distribution partners and a comprehensive understanding of the marketing and product planning process.
