A strategic Asset Management role has become available in our organization.

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and implement an asset management framework aligned with industry best practices.
  • The successful candidate will provide advisory services to senior leadership, focusing on enhancing asset management capabilities and maturity.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct a comprehensive assessment of current asset management practices against the ISO 55000 standard.
  • Develop policies and procedures for implementation, ensuring alignment with the standard.
  • Establish clear objectives and performance measures for asset management.
  • Create an asset management plan, covering all aspects of the capability lifecycle.
  • Define roles and responsibilities within the team.
  • Develop a competence and training framework for staff.
  • Establish communication channels and processes related to asset management.
  • Validate documentation management processes to ensure accessibility, accuracy, and currency.
  • Monitor, measure, analyze, and evaluate the performance of the asset management system against established objectives and performance measures.
  • Implement continuous improvement processes.
  • Prior to certification, conduct a pre-assessment and internal audit to address any issues or non-conformities identified.
  • Facilitate an external certification audit with an accredited certification body.
  • Maintain certification by implementing processes and schedules for ongoing activity.

  • NV1 security clearance level preferred (Baseline at minimum).
