Job Overview

This leadership role oversees the development of asset management strategies and plans, maintenance delivery, supplier engagement, and contract management.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for maintaining assets in accordance with legal, statutory, and ISO 55001 compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop asset management strategies and annual work plans
  • Implement standards and policy for asset management activities
  • Monitor asset condition and refine maintenance programs
  • Manage budgets and optimize them continuously
  • Oversee the transition to zero-emission buses
  • Engage suppliers and manage contracts
About You
  • A senior leader with demonstrated asset management experience in complex industries
  • Degree-level qualification in engineering or a related field
  • Experience in developing and managing asset management systems
  • Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
