Marketing Role

The Melbourne Cricket Club (MCC) is seeking an experienced Brand and Marketing Manager to elevate the love of Australian Sport. As a key member of our Commercial Operations Department, you will oversee and lead the strategic marketing approach across iconic brands.

Reporting to the Executive Manager – Corporate Affairs, Marketing & Community, you will be responsible for creating a marketing program that delivers to the creative brief, promotional calendar, and key brand moments. You will manage the function to answer briefs from internal stakeholders, ensuring it fits within the brand guidelines and campaign calendar.

As a collaborative leader, you will inspire others to achieve delivery of strategic goals across a marketing function. You will have a proactive, respectful approach to your work, with a natural ability to develop meaningful partnerships/ relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
