Your Role: As a Principal HR Consultant, you will lead a team of HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in transitioning from traditional HR practices to a more strategic and forward-thinking approach. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the department's goals and objectives
- Leading workforce planning initiatives to ensure the right talent is in place to drive business success
- Designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee capabilities and performance
- Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the HR team
- Collaborating with senior leaders to drive business outcomes and make informed decisions
