Electrical Project Manager - Lead Commercial and Service Projects

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial electrical installations, maintenance, and compliance. They will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple projects across Victoria, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.

A successful Electrical Project Manager will possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead teams while maintaining accountability. They will be organized, methodical, and confident in managing multiple priorities at once.

Key responsibilities include leading the delivery of commercial and service projects, working closely with clients and stakeholders, guiding and motivating field teams, coordinating project delivery, identifying and resolving project risks, taking ownership of budgets and variations, and being prepared to get involved hands-on when deadlines or site conditions demand it.

Requirements include a minimum 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager, a strong technical grounding in commercial electrical installations, maintenance, and compliance, proven ability to motivate and lead teams, organized and methodical approach to managing multiple priorities, proficient in systems, protocols, and apps for project tracking, reporting, and communication, excellent interpersonal skills, and a current Victorian Driver's Licence.
