Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to final production, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Mentor junior product developers and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in product development with strong technical expertise in fabric selection, garment construction, and project management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Possess a portfolio showcasing your experience and a passion for natural fabrics and craftsmanship.
Bonus Points
  • Experience with knitwear and woven categories such as dresses and basics.
  • Prior leadership or mentoring experience.
