Women's Trend Category Lead

The role of Women's Trend Category Lead is pivotal in shaping the direction of our women's trend category.

This key position will involve driving company-wide strategies and OKRs, conducting market research to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and products, and monitoring inventory levels to maintain adequate stock levels.

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience as a Buyer working in high volume business, be skilled in Excel reporting, have strong communication skills, and embody our ICONIC Principles.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive company-wide strategies and OKRs to achieve business objectives
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform product decisions
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Evaluate vendor performance and assist in the selection and deactivation process
  • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for contracts with vendors
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams and provide ongoing support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster long-term partnerships
