**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Prospero Health & Social Care. As a Clinical Care Leader, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to our residents, while also providing leadership and supervision to our nursing team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide clinical leadership and first-line supervision to Enrolled Nurses, Team Leaders, and Care Service Employees
- Allocate duties and responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of the nursing team
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest standard of care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

- Current APHRA registration
