Clinical Leadership Opportunity
**About the Role**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Prospero Health & Social Care. As a Clinical Care Leader, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to our residents, while also providing clinical leadership and supervision to our Enrolled Nurses, Team Leaders, and Care Service Employees.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide clinical care to residents within established policies, guidelines, and procedures
* Provide clinical leadership and first-line supervision to Enrolled Nurses, Team Leaders, and Care Service Employees
* Responsible for being the Chief Fire Warden
**What We Offer**
* $5K relocation allowance
* Salary sacrifice available
* Paid accommodation for 12 months
* $12k sign-up bonus (paid in instalments upon completion of probation period)

**Requirements**
* Current APHRA registration
* New graduate and experienced nurses accepted
* Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
* Ability and commitment to working as part of the team
* Demonstrated high level of analytical, written, and verbal skills
