Clinical Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Alkira in Gunnedah, NSW. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents while adhering to our organisation's policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to Enrolled Nurses, Team Leaders, and Care Service Employees.
- Allocate duties to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with others towards a common goal.
- Embody the core values of our organisation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Demonstrated clinical knowledge in the field of aged care.
- Thorough understanding of accreditation standards.
- High-level analytical, written, and verbal skills.
- Mature and empathetic outlook.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts.
- Competitive compensation: $50.60 per hour.
