About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at McLean Care in Gunnedah. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional clinical care to our Residents, while adhering to the policies, guidelines, and procedures of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and first-line supervision to Enrolled Nurses, Team Leaders, and Care Service Employees.
- Allocate duties to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with others towards a common goal.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Demonstrated clinical knowledge in the field of aged care.
- Thorough understanding of the accreditation standards applicable to our organisation.
- Demonstrated high-level analytical, written, and verbal skills.
- Mature and empathetic outlook, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with older individuals.
