Job Description

To drive revenue growth and retention performance, you will play a vital role in aligning with the company's objectives.

The purpose of this role is to use your strong leadership skills to motivate and support the team to hit and exceed targets, while keeping the core values at the forefront of what you do.

  • Drive growth and retention performance through the delivery of initiatives including developing sales strategies, driving team culture, and adhering to management tasks and responsibilities
  • Monitor, manage and report on KPIs, trends and insights, and produce insights and recommendations for business decisions and continuous improvement
  • Conduct monthly, 6 monthly and annual performance reviews
  • Facilitate appropriate sales cadences and rhythms through 1:1s, huddles and meetings
  • Provide support to team members for customer resolutions and ensure the team meets agreed service SLAs and Growth and Retention targets
  • Ensure the team understands the activity required to deliver outcomes eg Health Checks, Win Backs, New Connections, Resigns and Cross Sell
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders and internal and external business partners.
  • Develop and grow the team ensuring you role model appropriate behaviours through your leadership to influence performance
  • Create an environment in which the team can fulfil their performance and career potential
Required Skills and Qualifications

You will need:

  • Strong sales leadership with proven ability to encourage and influence positive performance results and behaviours of team members
  • The ability to coach and motivate individuals for continuous improvement experienced in using a "business solutions" type approach, utilising products and services to identify customer needs and sell into applicable market sectors
  • Able to creatively position as an innovative, flexible, and responsive service provider
  • Proven cultivator and 'closer' of sales opportunities at the Business organisation level
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
