Key Role in Investment Service Delivery

This is a varied and challenging role that will play a key part in delivering excellent service to our customers and advisers for Investment Legacy products.

As a vital member of the team, you will be responsible for responding to inbound queries from customers and advisers, as well as managing databases and accounts.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in client service roles, ideally within Financial Services, and possess knowledge of Life Risk and/or Superannuation / Managed Investments.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Responding to customer and adviser inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Managing customer accounts and database information
  • Working with stakeholders to drive exceptional service levels and operational excellence

**Requirements:**

  • Proven track record in client-facing roles, preferably in the Financial Services sector
  • Desirable: expertise in Life Risk and/or Superannuation / Managed Investments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
