Your part in supporting key frontline services will see you responsible for a variety of work supporting business initiatives, providing strategic and operational investment and performance services to QPS and other public safety agencies and assisting with advice to key stakeholders across the Frontline & Digital Division workforce and broader public safety agencies.
**The Core Capability Requirements for this role are**:

- Assist and support all aspects of operational investment and performance management work, including undertaking analysis, interpretation, projections and reporting of the Frontline & Digital Division associated budgets and costs.
- Manage the Frontline & Digital Division chargeback processes including preparation of adjustment and accrual journals.
- Maintain, analyse and reconcile funding agreement and ensure a robust process is in place to capture, document and communicate all funding agreement outcomes.
- Assist in the co-ordination of the Frontline & Digital Division's Investment Planning process including the preparation and management of budget submissions.
- Analyse of period costing reports and consult, liaise and negotiate with Frontline & Digital Division's senior management and departmental and divisional finance management officers in relation to budgetary and financial issues relevant to their areas of responsibility.
- Undertake and assist with ad hoc projects undertaken by ICT Business Services.

**Role Requirements**:
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in IT or Accounting is an advantage

Technical/ Operational/Educational Experience
- Microsoft Office suites, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Flow and SAP experiences are an advantage.
