Job Title: Educator - Vocational Training Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced educator to join our team as a Vocational Training Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual who is committed to delivering high-quality education and training in a vocational setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To design, develop, and deliver vocational training programs that meet the needs of students and industry partners.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to improve teaching and learning practices and outcomes.
  • To assess student learning data and use it to inform teaching for improved student learning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A demonstrated understanding of teaching and learning principles relevant to VET Community Services.
  • High-level classroom teaching skills and the capacity to work with colleagues to continually improve teaching and learning.
  • The ability to monitor and assess student learning data and use this data to inform teaching for improved student learning.
  • High level written and verbal communication skills and high level interpersonal skills including the capacity to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with parents, other employees and the broader school community to focus on student learning, wellbeing and engagement.
