Job Description:

As an experienced educator, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and compliant vocational education across diverse learning environments. This role involves supporting students through the full learning lifecycle, ensuring their success and academic progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant vocational qualification and current industry skills.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in VET teaching, preferably in training and assessment.
  • Strong understanding of ASQA/VET compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, planning, and student management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and adapt teaching strategies.
