Job Title: Administrative Assistant to Director of Academic Affairs

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Director of Academic Affairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Director's schedule, preparing correspondence, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Director of Academic Affairs
  • Manage the Director's calendar and schedule appointments
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and catering as required
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Work collaboratively with the academic team to achieve goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • High level of skills in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Commitment to the values and ethos of Christian education
