The Role
We are seeking a Learning Leader - Science & Technology to lead, develop, and promote the academic Science & Technology programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the development of authentic learning experiences, working closely with professional staff to ensure that all students receive the best possible care and learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement academic Science & Technology programs that align with the school's vision and values
- Lead and manage a team of teachers and staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless integration of Science & Technology programs across the curriculum
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in Science & Technology education, incorporating new ideas and approaches into the curriculum

The ideal candidate will be an innovative leader with a deep understanding of student learning development, excellent leadership and management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of professional staff.
