The role of a Diving Coach is to mentor and guide students in the art of diving, fostering their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor students from Year 7-12 in diving, focusing on individual progress and team cohesion.
  • Lead a team of external diving coaches, overseeing their contribution to the program.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training plan to ensure student advancement.
  • Mentor assistant coaches, helping them improve their coaching skills.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced diving coach who can contribute to the success of our diving program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diving, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with young people.

Required Qualifications and Certifications:
Anaphylaxis Accreditation
Minimum Level 1 Diving Coaching Accreditation (Level 2 desirable)
First Aid and CPR Certification
Mandatory Reporting Certificate
A valid Employee Working with Children Check is required for this position.
