Marketing Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and coordinating marketing campaigns and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the execution of marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Coordinate marketing materials such as brochures, EDMs, signage, and social media content.
  • Liaise with external agencies and suppliers to ensure brand consistency.
  • Prepare sales contracts and documentation.
  • Assist with event coordination and display support.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in property, real estate, or marketing.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient in Canva and confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Mandarin language skills are highly regarded.
  • Solid understanding of real estate sales processes.
  • Previous experience in a Sales & Marketing role within the real estate industry is an advantage.
