Overview

Senior Marketing Coordinator role at CBRE Asia Pacific. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused position within a high-performing team and offers exposure to global marketing initiatives across digital, print, and events. Hybrid role based in Sydney or Melbourne CBD.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
  • Coordinate project timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, timely execution.
  • Partner with internal teams and business stakeholders to align messaging and marketing outputs with business needs.
  • Create and oversee engaging marketing content, including sales collateral, social media, newsletters, and event materials.
  • Collaborate with designers, digital specialists, and external partners to bring campaigns to life.
  • Track results and share insights to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Manage marketing resources and assets to ensure brand consistency.
About You
  • 3-6 years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a matrixed or regional organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, platforms, and campaign processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, team-focused approach.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging, brand-aligned communications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with familiarity in Adobe Creative Suite an advantage.
