Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in event management, field marketing, and coordination.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and execute strategic plans for events and campaigns that drive business growth. You will work closely with senior sales leaders to build processes and ensure alignment with revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement event strategies and calendars
Lead cross-functional promotions, execution, and post-event analysis
Cultivate relationships with sales leaders and prioritize events for maximum impact
Manage vendor relationships, logistics, and budgets
Analyze results using marketing analytics tools (Marketo, Salesforce, Looker, Metabase)

Requirements:

4-6 years of experience in Event Management & Field Marketing
Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills
Able to utilize marketing analytics tools to extract data and push large-scale incentives
Excellent English communication skills; additional foreign languages a plus
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
