We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is pivotal in crafting immersive brand experiences that drive lead generation, strengthen customer relationships, and elevate our market presence.

What You'll Be Doing

  • B2B Marketing Strategy:
    Develop and execute targeted campaigns, create marketing collateral, and analyse performance metrics.
  • Industry Insight:
    Stay ahead of trends, understand customer behavior, and monitor competitors to inform strategy.
  • HubSpot Automation:
    Manage email campaigns, lead nurturing, and reporting. Build automated workflows and maintain contact databases.
  • Content Marketing:
    Support the creation of blogs, eBooks, and case studies. Coordinate with stakeholders and optimise for SEO and lead generation.
  • Project Management:
    Oversee multiple projects, maintain timelines, and collaborate across teams to ensure delivery.
  • Social Media:
    Assist in strategy development, content scheduling, and performance analysis across LinkedIn, Facebook, and more.
  • Lead Generation:
    Drive high-quality leads and optimise conversion funnels in a B2B context.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in marketing, with a strong B2B focus.
  • Proven success across digital channels: SEO, SEM, email, social media, and content.
  • Extensive experience with HubSpot is essential.
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage high workloads.
