About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading business management solution as a Sustainability and Workplace Specialist.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for championing our Real Estate & Workplace strategy across Australia and New Zealand.

You will drive sustainability initiatives to support our journey to net-zero and manage workplace operations, compliance, and emergency preparedness.

A critical aspect of this role is building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.

Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Developing and implementing sustainable practices to reduce our carbon footprint
  • Managing vendor contracts and service-level performance to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Leading workplace projects including relocations and upgrades to enhance employee experience
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require a proactive approach, a passion for sustainability and operational excellence, and excellent communication skills.

Experience in workplace operations, compliance, and facilities management is essential, along with analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making.
