Job Title: Contract Administrator

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Contract Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and distribute subcontractor tender packages, scope of works, contract documentation, and procurement schedules.
  • Prepare head contract progress claims.
  • Evaluate and submit variations.
  • Manage both upstream and downstream operations with a focus on managing downstream.
  • Administer head contracts.
  • Compile end of monthly costs reports for presentation to senior management.
  • Coordinate RFIs with clients and consultants.
  • Support project managers with daily tasks.
  • Maintain project document control.
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH SUPPLIERS.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-4 years' experience as a Contract Administrator.
  • Prior experience with a similar contractor on similar projects is beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Australian working rights.

This is a challenging role requiring high levels of skill and expertise. The ideal candidate will be confident in managing multiple projects simultaneously and possess excellent time management skills.
