Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Contract Administrator to join our construction team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing contracts, preparing tender packages, and administering project documents.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of construction processes and regulations.

You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth project execution, manage downstream activities, and maintain accurate records.

  • Prepare subcontractor tender packages and contract documentation
  • Manage head contract administration and progress claims
  • Evaluate and submit variations as required
  • Administer RFIs and communicate with clients and consultants
  • Assist in daily operations and document control
