Cybersecurity Posture Manager

Objective:
As a senior security professional, you will lead the development and implementation of effective cyber control capabilities to safeguard our organization's assets and customers.
Main Responsibilities:- Create and deploy Secure Configuration Management (SCM) controls across all major asset classes
- Provide rules-based security posture management oversight using CSPM/SSPM/KSPM/Network/Posture-as-Code technologies
- Maintain timely remediation of baseline exceptions to ensure a strong risk posture
- Collaborate with Technology Crew Leads and Product Owners to set strategic roadmaps for Security Configuration Management and Cloud Security Posture Management
- Expertise in security standards and frameworks such as ASD ISM, NIST, CIS, and Essential Eight mitigation strategies
- Familiarity with vulnerability prioritization frameworks like CVSS and EPSS
- Hands-on experience with policy compliance and security posture tools
