Job Title: Vulnerability Posture Management Leader

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development and execution of a comprehensive vulnerability posture management program that aligns with our organization's cybersecurity strategy.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years' experience in a dedicated vulnerability or posture management role, or an equivalent level of expertise in an adjacent cyber security discipline. They should also have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a management position with direct reports, creating and delivering on strategic roadmaps and leading their team to success.

The successful candidate will have a broad understanding of general cybersecurity and information technology topics, principles, and regulations relevant to a modern enterprise environment. They should be familiar with various cybersecurity frameworks, including CIS, NIST, APRA CPS, E8, Lockheed Martin Cyber Kill Chain, MITRE ATT&CK, and D3FEND.

A keen eye for opportunities to improve or automate existing workflows and processes is essential for this role. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have knowledge of the threat landscape, threat actors, attack patterns, adversarial behaviors, and tradecraft, particularly those relevant to government, the financial sector, and critical infrastructure.

This position requires strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills. The ability to build, maintain, and enhance stakeholder relationships, particularly with IT infrastructure teams, is also crucial.
