Key Responsibilities:

The primary goal of this role is to define, lead and mature the Vulnerability Posture Management program. This involves developing and executing a long-term strategic plan and roadmap in alignment with the organisation's overall cybersecurity strategy.


This includes:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive vulnerability posture management program
  • Leading a team of cybersecurity experts to deliver critical capabilities for the organisation
  • Providing expert technical leadership and subject matter expertise
  • Managing key stakeholder relationships and building strong relationships with IT Infrastructure teams

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a dedicated vulnerability or posture management role
  • Familiarity with cyber security concepts, taxonomies and analytical frameworks, including CIS, NIST, APRA CPS, E8, Lockheed Martin Cyber Kill Chain, MITRE ATT&CK and D3FEND frameworks
  • Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrable experience managing key stakeholder relationships and an ability to build, maintain and enhance those relationships
