Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing a high standard of customer service
  • Maintaining high levels of personal presentation and customer interaction
  • Operating coffee machines and performing hot and cold food production as required
  • Processing customer payments with friendliness, speed, and accuracy
  • Adhering to the café standards for product presentation and portion size
  • Ensuring the security of cash, stock, and equipment
