Job Overview:

  • This role will partner with senior leaders to provide timely and accurate advice and support across HR functions.

About the Role:

  • Deliver a positive and professional employee experience by providing effective HR advice.
  • Support the delivery of people initiatives that align with our strategy by building relationships with operational and support teams.
  • Mentor leaders on best practice approaches to managing their workforce for high performance and strong engagement.
  • Lead HR projects with attention to detail and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide accurate and timely people management advice to ensure compliance with company and legislative requirements.
  • Coach and upskill leaders in performance management, disciplinary procedures, and grievance resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a HR role with knowledge of HR related functions, including leadership development, culture, performance management, and recruitment.
  • Working knowledge of state and federal employment legislation.
  • Able to thrive in a continuous improvement culture with resilience around change.
  • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality HR outcomes in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal influencing, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks.
  • Demonstrated experience using HRIS systems.
