Rehabilitation Consultant

At our organization, we specialize in workplace health, injury management, and safety. We offer a range of services designed to support employees in their recovery and return to work. Our team of experts provides personalized care, working closely with clients to develop effective rehabilitation plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking a holistic approach to care, working within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing
  • Performing assessments to determine an individual's functional capacity and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, including medical specialists and other treatment providers, to develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Working across various portfolios, supporting both current employees and veterans

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical reasoning skills, be able to engage effectively with multidisciplinary teams, and possess a passion for helping people rehabilitate. Occupational rehabilitation experience is highly regarded, but not essential. The successful applicant will be registered with AHPRA or another relevant body and hold tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
