  • We perform various assessments tailored to each individual's needs, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, and ergonomic assessments.
  • Collaboration is key; we work closely with medical specialists, treatment providers, and clients to ensure a seamless process.
  • We have the unique opportunity to support ADF personnel, providing them with the necessary care to return to duty.

This hybrid role offers flexibility, allowing you to work across local ADF bases, including the Singleton Army Barracks. Although the majority of your time will be spent at this location, you may also work from home or visit client sites.

To be successful in this position, you will require:

  • A current unrestricted registration with relevant professional bodies
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Psychology, or Social Work
  • Clinical reasoning and the ability to engage with multidisciplinary teams
  • A passion for helping others recover and rehabilitate
