Overview of the Role

This senior employee relations specialist role is an exciting opportunity to drive engagement, productivity, and efficiency in a dynamic work environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders to develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the HR information system (HRIS) to ensure seamless data flow and reporting
  • Design and implement workforce planning initiatives to optimize resource allocation
  • Analyze industrial legislation, awards, and agreements to provide expert guidance on compliance
  • Develop and implement workers compensation strategies to minimize risks and costs
  • MEDIATE AND RESOLVE DISPUTES IN A FAIR AND TIMELY MANNER
  • Investigate incidents and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Implement group policies to promote a positive work culture
  • Conduct data analysis to inform HR decisions and drive business outcomes
  • End-to-end recruitment and selection process management
  • Remuneration and benefits management to attract and retain top talent
  • Performance Management to drive individual and team performance

Requirements for this role include a relevant degree qualification and at least four years' experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will possess proven expertise in managing employee relations issues, organizational change, and analytical skills. SAP experience is highly preferred.
