Job Description

The Opportunity

Imagine making a difference in someone's life by providing essential support and care to older members of our community.

As a dedicated Care Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence and wellbeing.

  • General housekeeping and bed making

  • Cleaning, mopping and vacuuming floors

  • Washing, folding and ironing laundry

  • Meal preparation and grocery shopping

You will also provide personal care services such as:

  • Assisting clients with daily living activities

  • Providing social and emotional support

  • Transporting clients to appointments and lifestyle activities

  • Supporting family carers to have a break or pursue other interests

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking individuals who possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in aged care or a related field

  • An Open class Australian Driver's Licence and own insured vehicle

  • Working With Vulnerable People Card (WWVP)

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
