Enrolled Nurses Deliver Compassionate Care in Hospital Settings

We are seeking skilled Enrolled Nurses to provide essential nursing care under the guidance of Registered Nurses. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver person-centered care under supervision of a Registered Nurse
  • Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to achieve quality patient outcomes
  • Contribute to a culture of compassionate, patient-centered care
Selection Criteria / Qualifications:
  • Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as an Enrolled Nurse
  • Ability to practice nursing that respects individual rights and dignity
  • Excellent clinical communication skills through verbal and written interactions; ability to manage conflicts professionally
  • Participation in ongoing professional development and commitment to maintaining competence
  • Knowledge of person-centered nursing principles and willingness to adapt to changes in care delivery
  • Understanding of quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice with recent clinical experience relevant to the role
