Job Details

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide in-home care services to our valued customers. As a permanent part-time Care Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life and well-being of our clients.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about assisting older members of our community to live independently at home for longer. As a Care Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing domestic assistance, such as cleaning and meal preparation;
  • Assisting with personal care, including getting clients up, showered and dressed for the day;
  • Helping with medication management and mobility assistance;
  • Providing social support and access to lifestyle activities;

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to travel to client homes and participate in extensive paid training and professional development opportunities.

What We Look For

We are looking for individuals who possess a genuine passion for providing high-quality care and support to our clients. To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License;
  • A registered vehicle suitable for work purposes;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
