Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer care while maintaining clinical excellence
- Lead the team to achieve business objectives
- Develop strategic relationships and enhance industry standards through valuable products
- Hold a qualified practitioner number with a relevant professional body (Audiology Australia, The Hearing Aid Audiometrist Society of Australia, or The Australian College of Audiology)
- At least two years of post-qualification clinical experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Guaranteed salary between $100,000 - $110,000 plus superannuation paid fortnightly
- Quarterly profit sharing once the business is profitable
- Future value of shares upon retirement
- Annual leave and birthday leave
- Two free pairs of glasses annually
