Clinical Research Specialist

The role of a Clinical Research Specialist involves reviewing assessments administered by raters in clinical trials to ensure standardized methodology and data reliability. This specialist evaluates the quality of assessments, conducts live interactions with raters to discuss assessment methodology and scoring techniques, and provides guidance as needed.
Responsibilities may include functional assessments of rater performance and assistance in preparing communications. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in Psychology or a related field, along with 3 years of experience administering psychiatric assessments, ratings scales, and structured clinical interviews.
Key Qualifications- Master's degree in Psychology or a related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience administering psychiatric assessments and ratings scales
- Experience working with clinical research populations
- Strong interpersonal skills and computer proficiency
