Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Connectivity Development Expert to join our team. As a member of the Client Connectivity team, you will focus on developing and deploying systems that run within tight latency budgets in order of microseconds.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and deploy high-performance systems for market connectivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-region development teams and business functions to deliver key objectives for the Global Markets business.
  • Train and manage analysts/associates in the team, providing a clear engineering and business vision.
Requirements
  • 1.5+ years of work experience on Java/C++/Linux system platforms.
  • Strong development background with experience with Java and at least one other language.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, proficient with data structures and passionate about learning new technologies.
  • Ability to multi-task and be effective working in a fast-paced environment by enforcing high code quality standards.
  • Support production environments, assist in the diagnosis and resolution of incidents, and maintain the stability and integrity of systems.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent knowledge of Java and C++ programming languages.
  • Experience with Linux system platforms and operating systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
