This role offers a unique opportunity to join our Local Government - Social and Affordable Housing Business Unit as a Housing Consultant, where you'll play a crucial role in implementing and configuring our housing software.

As a Housing Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering services and support to our customers, providing onsite and remote consultancy, and working closely with internal teams to contribute to product specification, testing, and recommendations for enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extensive knowledge of the housing market and up-to-date policies for social housing
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with customers
  • Ability to manage expectations and control change in IT projects
  • Highly analytical and a problem solver with excellent time management skills
