About the Role

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to support brand, product, and promotional initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure aligned messaging and delivery
  • Analyse campaign performance and report on key metrics, using insights to refine strategies
  • Support the coordination of marketing calendars, product launches and events
  • Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all platforms

About You

  • 2+ years as an E-comm Marketing Specialist in a retail environment
  • Experience working with reporting platform Google Analytics
  • Detail-oriented, outcome-driven, and able to work under pressure
  • Analytical with a passion for innovative digital solutions and problem-solving
  • Proficient in Excel and digital tools like Google Analytics and AdWords
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, digital channels, CRM systems, and eCommerce trends
  • Good communicator with the ability to write and adapt content for different audiences
  • A collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for all things marketing
