The 2IC/Early Learning Coordinator Role

This leadership position plays a key role in delivering high-quality care and creating lasting memories for the children in our service. It's an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about childcare and leadership, eager to make a meaningful impact on the children, parents and team.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and deliver enriching activities that cater to the interests of the children in your program.
  2. E nsure the program meets all industry regulations and standards.
  3. Interact with parents and assist with their inquiries to provide outstanding support.
  4. Represent us within the school community by attending events, assemblies and more when required.
  5. Engage with primary school-aged kids and foster a fun learning environment.
  6. Co-manage or coordinate activities during the school holiday program.
