We have wonderful opportunities for **qualified ECT's** to join exceeding Childcare Centers as an **Educational Leader** in the Inner West & Western Suburbs, Sydney.

**_About the Role:_**

This Centers are invested in providing exceeding learning and development to children. Focused on imbedding an excelling and diverse curriculum, ensuring that EYLF and NQF learning objectives exceed expectation.

The role of Educational Leaders allows for time "off the floor" to focus on maintaining the curriculum, aligning with Centre pedagogy and imbedding learning and development objectives.

Engaging with Educators, Teachers, and the Centre Director, in identifying learning and development needs. Using reflective methods to establish and implement best practices, mentoring other Educators, where necessary.

**_Successful applicants will have:_**
- Bachelors in Childcare Education and Care, or equivalent
- Valid Working with Children Check
- An excellent understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good mentoring and leadership skills
- A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education
- At least one years experience as an Early Childhood Teacher, or 6 months as an Educational Leader
- Right to work in Australia
